Ordering
Placing
Your Order
Placing
an order is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You may
place an order on-line or by calling us at 1-510-475-0400. Our processing
hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.
Finding
Items
You
will find links to product departments located on the left hand side
of the website and more detailed product listings in each department.
When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of
the item to see its product information page. Here you will find more
information about the item, including warranty information and our return
policy.
Proceed
to Checkout
Take
a moment to review all of the items you've ordered. You may remove items
by clicking the "remove" link. When you're ready to place
the order, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken
to the first page of the order form.
Enter
a Shipping Address
Tell
us where you would like to ship your order. Please note that if you
enter a different shipping address and billing address, there will be
a slight delay in processing the order as our accounting department
will need to verify the order.
Select
a Shipping Method
Consider
how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping
method. All items are shipped via UPS and you will receive a cost for
the shipping for the item once you have chosen your shipping method.
Provide
a Method of Payment
Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American
Express, Discover, MasterCard, Optima,
Visa, or a pre-approved purchase order. We do not accept international
credit cards. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit
card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. Choose the expiration
date from the drop down menu.

a Billing Address
Please
enter the exact billing address associated with the payment information
you have provided. Any mistakes may cause a delay in processing your
order.
Email
Address
Please enter your email address in the text box provided. You will receive
confirmation and details of the order, as well as shipping information
once the order has been shipped.
Review
and Submit Your Order
Check
the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary
adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Order button to submit
your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation
e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time
of shipment.

Sales tax is charged on items shipped to California.
Typographical
and Listing Errors
At Unity Electronics, we strive to maintain as accurate and specific
website as possible through our product listings and descriptions.
However, we cannot guarantee that all content, pricing or specifications
are always current and complete. In the event that a product is listed
at an incorrect price due to typographical information, technical
or other error, Unity Electronics reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any order for that product.
Defective
Products and Missing Parts
Contact the warranty service provider listed above for defective
products and missing parts. If, after contacting the warranty service
provider, the product has not been repaired to your satisfaction,
Unity Electronics will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution.

Return
Policy
You have
up to 15 days after the shipping date to initiate your return. Your
items must reach us within 30 days from the shipping date. Items received
after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship all late
items back to you. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number
issued by a Unity Electronics employee. You can obtain an RMA number
by calling 510-475-0400 x203 or
email our Customer Service Team.
To qualify
for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition,
including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation,
warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Do not mark or deface
the original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept
returns if the packaging is not in its original condition.
Inbound
Freight for RMA Returns
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping
& return shipping fees) are non-refundable
for all products, in all cases.
Restocking
Fee
Unity Electronics reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee
on all items that are returned. This policy is usually enforced on
non-defective returned items. However, all accepted returns are subject
to this charge.

Monday through Friday before 12 p.m. PST will be processed that day.
All other orders will be processed the next business day. Orders may

Shipping
- Tracking
your package
Once
your order has shipped, Unity Electronics will send your tracking
information via email. All shipments are sent via UPS and tracking
information is usually available the next business day after the package
has been shipped. You may check the status of your shipment at www.ups.com
or by calling 1-800-pick-ups.

Electronics refuses to increase your shipping & handling charges.
We only charge ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS as quoted by UPS.

Restrictions
We do not
ship to APO or FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes or International addresses.
Orders
placed after 12 p.m. PST will not be shipped until the next business
day. We do not ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday.
